These Terms of Service govern your use of Photo To URL, including our photo hosting tool and our browser-based editing tools: Circle Crop, Rounded Corners, and Remove Background. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service responsibly. You may not upload, host, or share content that:

• Is illegal, or that you do not have the legal right to share
• Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• Contains malware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt or damage a system
• Depicts child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or is otherwise obscene or exploitative

We reserve the right to remove any content, and to restrict access for any user or IP address, that we believe violates these terms.

Uploads and Limits

The hosting tool is free to use and does not require an account. Uploads are limited to PNG, JPG, WEBP, and GIF files up to 5MB, and to 10 uploads per IP address per day on the free tier. Generated links are intended to be permanent, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Editing Tools

Circle Crop, Rounded Corners, and Remove Background run entirely in your browser, are free to use, and are not subject to the daily upload limit since files are not sent to our servers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of automated results, including AI-based background removal.

Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and images you upload or edit. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, host, and serve your uploaded content solely to generate and deliver your shareable link. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload and share the content you submit.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Availability may change due to maintenance, technical issues, or discontinuation of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photo To URL and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, images, or links.

Termination and Removal

We may suspend or restrict access, remove uploaded content or links, and change or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, particularly to prevent abuse or to comply with legal obligations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
