When you upload an image through our hosting tool, we collect:

• The image file you upload (stored to generate your shareable link)
• File metadata (filename, size, type)
• Your IP address (used only for daily upload rate limiting and abuse prevention)
• Upload timestamp

Circle Crop, Rounded Corners, and Remove Background work differently: your photo is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers unless you separately choose to use it with the hosting tool. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide it through our contact form.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate and provide shareable image links
• To enforce daily upload limits and prevent abuse
• To improve our service and user experience

Data Storage and Retention

Uploaded images are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served through a CDN. Links are permanent by default: we do not automatically expire uploads or delete them after a fixed period of inactivity. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. IP addresses used for rate limiting are held in memory only, are not written to a database, and reset automatically. Photos edited with Circle Crop, Rounded Corners, or Remove Background are never stored on our servers unless you separately upload the result through the hosting tool.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following technologies:

• A first-party locale cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference
• Local Storage: to store your recent upload history on this device, kept for up to 30 days
• Google Analytics and Google AdSense: for anonymized traffic analysis and advertising, when enabled (may set their own cookies)

You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may affect some functionality of our service, such as remembering your language preference.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare R2: for image storage and CDN delivery
